2) Information we receive from consumer or other reporting agencies. (i.e. Motor Vehicle Reports, Claims Information and Governmental Agencies).
3) Information about transactions with us. (i.e. Policy Coverage, Premiums, Claim History and Payment History).

Information we disclose:

1) To the extent permitted by law, we may disclose without specific authorization, any personal information we collect about our customers and former customers to third parties as is necessary for these parties to help us service or process your transaction with us. However, we require anyone to whom we disclose this information to protect its confidentiality and to use it solely for the purpose for which it is disclosed.

We do not sell or otherwise provide lists of our customers to non-affiliated third parties.

Shenandoah Mutual Agents:

Shenandoah Mutual Fire Insurance Company's agents are authorized to solicit insurance, however, they are not employees of our Company. Because they have a business relationship with you, they may have additional personal information about you that we do not have. Agents might use any of this information for purposes other than doing business with us. If so, your agent may need to provide you with their privacy policy.

Security Standards:

We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those persons who need to know that information to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable regulatory standards to guard your non-public personal information.
